Retainer Fee: A non-refundable deposit secures your session date.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due before shooting begins.
Pricing Guarantee: Paid rates lock in current package pricing only.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Notice Required: Provide 12 hours' notice to reschedule your session.
Weather Policy: Outdoor sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost for bad weather.
Late Arrival: Late time is deducted directly from your total session duration.
Creative Control and Delivery
Delivery Timeline: Small shoots take 5–10 business days; longer shoots take up to 15.
Artistic Style: The photographer retains final editing and stylistic control.
Raw Files: Unedited or RAW images are never delivered to clients.
Image Archiving and Storage
Download Window: Clients must download all delivered images within 30 days.
Storage Limit: The photographer stores final images for 60 days post-delivery.
Purge Policy: After 60 days, images are permanently deleted from archival storage.
Loss Liability: The photographer is not responsible for un-downloaded lost files.
Copyright and Usage
Model Release: By booking, you confirm permission to use your images on our social media.
Ownership: The photographer retains full copyright of all images.
Client Use: Images are strictly for personal, non-commercial print and display.
Liability and Safety
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own children and property.
Equipment Failure: Photographer's liability is limited to a full refund only.
